The song has become a smash hit success following its debut on January 8 and it instantly made Olivia the rising star to watch in 2021.
Olivia, 17, took to Instagram on Friday to share how her song was at number three on the iTunes chart, behind Taylor‘s two new songs from the deluxe version of Evermore.
“next to taylor on the us i tunes chart i’m in a puddle of tears 😭😭😭😭,” Olivia captioned the post. Taylor commented on the post and said, “I say that’s my baby and I’m really proud 💗👏.”
Olivia reacted to the comment by quoting Taylor‘s speech at the 2007 CMAs and saying, “I can’t believe this. This is definitely the highlight of my senior year.”
Fans think they know who the song “Driver’s License” is about and they believe it was written about this famous couple.
