New Year’s Day ends the holiday season as we know it, so if you find yourself in need of returning anything to Target, will you be able to?
The end of the holiday season comes with it a unique and specific to-do list. Namely, one that involves massive amounts of cleanup, thank-you cards being sent out, and any and all gifts that may need returning, being returned. It’s the only time of the year where those things all converge on one specific day. So if you find yourself in need of anything at all on New Year’s Day, regardless if it’s cards, cleaning supplies, or just being able to return an item, will you be able to do any of that at Target?
Actually, yes, you’re going to be able to do just that at a Target near you. Most Targets will have regular hours of operation, despite New Year’s Day is a federal holiday. Meaning that banks, schools, and other federal outfits will be closed, but any non-federal place of employment should be open.
It’ll be best to call ahead, as hours have been adjusted for the Holiday season, and again due to COVID-19, so it’s always a good idea to know when a store will open and close, especially with the guidelines many people are trying to follow. Be sure to be safe if you go to a Target this year, wear a mask, and try and social distance when you can.
