This Green Bay Packers fan celebrated his last cancer treatment by shotgunning a beer in his Aaron Rodgers jersey.
If you needed a pick-me-up early in 2021, we’ve got something that might help cheer you up — especially if you’re a fan of Aaron Rodgers, the Green Bay Packers, or just kicking cancer’s ass in general.
On Wednesday, a video of one Packers fan finishing his last round of chemotherapy went viral after the guy celebrated by ringing the hospital’s ceremonial bell and then shotgunning a beer in epic fashion, right there in the hospital!
Donning his Aaron Rodgers jersey, this fan wasted no time digging his key into the side of his beer can, downing his Busch Light (because of course it was Busch Light) and soaking in the cheers of the hospital’s onlookers. Much like the player whose jersey he was wearing, this guy clearly has the heart of a champion.

“Ever shotgun a beer in a hospital?” the video was captioned by @blomdotcomm. “Done with chemo. Done with cancer!”
That is certainly one way to celebrate such a momentous occasion!
The Packers earned the No. 1 seed in the NFC and will get a first-round bye this weekend, but hopefully Rodgers notices this video and feels inspired by the resilience — and beer-chugging ability — of this loyal Green Bay fan once his team takes the field for their first playoff game.
