JuJu Smith-Schuster’s continued TikTok escapades may have long-term consequences.
After the Pittsburgh Steelers clinched the AFC North crown on Sunday evening, wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and several of his teammates danced in yet another one of his over-the-top TikTok videos.
Smith-Schuster previously got lit up like a Christmas tree by Cincinnati Bengals defensive back Vonn Bell en route to a Monday Night Football loss. He was essentially banned from doing more TikTok videos by his head coach Mike Tomlin. Too bad Smith-Schuster cannot stop dancing on video for the life of him. The worst part is the Steelers could lose a draft pick because of this.

Are the Steelers about to lose a draft pick because of JuJu Smith-Schuster?
Because Smith-Schuster and many of his Steelers teammates did this TikTok without wearing masks, the NFL has all the evidence the league office needs to hand out an aggressive punishment for violating obvious COVID-19 protocols. Believe it or not, there is precedent set here by the New Orleans Saints for the Steelers to potentially lose a late-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
The Saints lost a seventh-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft as punishment for repeatedly violating COVID-19 protocols. While this may be the only incident of note involving the Steelers, the whole internet saw Smith-Schuster and several of his teammates doing a dance routine maskless. Though their intentions may have been good, they were caught redhanded in this incident.
It may not be enough to lose a pick, but the precedent has been set by another NFL organization.
