Kareem Hunt and the Cleveland Browns are clearly motivated by Sammy Watkins not thinking the Divisional Round matchup will be much of a contest.
Leading up to Sunday’s showdown between the Cleveland Browns and the Kansas City Chiefs, we’ve already got the two sides exchanging some jabs. It’s only making things even more interesting leading up to kickoff.
First, Sammy Watkins came out and basically said his team isn’t too worried about Cleveland. It seems like Watkins’ head is already on the AFC Championship Game. Well, Browns running back Kareem Hunt has a message for Watkins and anyone else on the Chiefs who thinks Cleveland isn’t ready to try and take them down.

Kareem Hunt is ready to prove Sammy Watkins and the Kansas City Chiefs wrong
As you can see from the tweet above, Hunt has no time for anyone on Kansas City trying to play some mind games. Hunt will be ready to run with passion against the Chiefs, which we saw from him already in the Wild Card Round.
Remember, basically no one outside of Cleveland gave the Browns a chance to take down Pittsburgh last weekend. Well, the Browns dominated play and handed Ben Roethlisberger and Co. a season-ending loss.
Entering Sunday’s showdown, the Browns are once again major underdogs, as the Chiefs are 10-point favorites to come away with a win. On paper, Kansas City is the better team, as the defending Super Bowl champs went 14-2 in the regular season and earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
However, Hunt and the Browns don’t give a darn about that. This is the playoffs and anything can happen. We’ll see if Hunt and Cleveland end up making Watkins eat his words later this week.
