Agiye Hall looks to be the next superstar wide receiver for the Alabama football team.
Alabama football fans have been spoiled with one elite wide receiver after another. True freshman Agiye Hall looks to be the next star wideout for the Crimson Tide.
Hall was a four-star recruit out of Valrico, Florida. According to the 247Sports Composite, he was the No. 5 wide receiver, the No. 11 prospect from Florida and the No. 44 overall player nationally in 2021. With DeVonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle turning pro, that paves the way for a freshman like Hall to make a serious impact right away. He is well on his way after a great performance in A-Day.
Hall’s amazing catch from legacy quarterback Braxton Barker should have Alabama fans amped.
Alabama has some talented, promising freshman receivers. Agiye Hall is one of them. Highly-ranked prospect from Florida who has flashed at times this spring with plays like this. pic.twitter.com/jbRVbmWInD

Alabama football: Agiye Hall is doing his part to keep Alabama WR U
Even with Smith and Waddle entering the 2021 NFL Draft, Alabama is in good shape in the receiving corps. The Crimson Tide still have John Metchie III, as well as Slade Bolden. With this being Bryce Young’s first season as the starting quarterback, he looks to develop a rapport with all of them like what he has with tight end Cameron Latu. What can we expect out of Hall this fall?
Hall will not be the first wide receiver to make a big impact as a freshman for Nick Saban, nor will he be the last. We should assume there will be a big moment or two we will see out of him this season, akin to Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley and Smith’s freshman seasons at Alabama. Hall will not be the team’s No. 1 option this season, but he will show us that he has that star potential.
Do not be shocked if Hall makes a big play to help the Crimson Tide win a big game this season.
